Talk about sitting on pins and needles. I couldn’t wait to finish each page because of the way the author had started the book. I knew something would develop through the pages and boy, was I right. Eric was not expected but definitely welcomed because his charm and passion for Lauren (the female main character) only made the story all the more interesting.

This is one of those books where the author plays cards with the readers. A definite good game of bluff. Just when you think it’s going to go one way, it ends up another and yet, all the signs were in place right in front of you. This was a steamy, fast paced mystery read where the author worked her magic pen and I only hope she continues to churn out more books like these.
