What were the main relationships explored in this book? Olivia and Charlie; Olivia and Ethan; Ethan and his parents

Who in this book would you most like to meet? I would love to meet Olivia and Ethan.

Is the title a good one or a poor one and why? Title was perfect for this story. So many people thought/treated Ethan like a disposable item.
