If you could only save one character from the book in the event of a disaster, which one would it be and why?

It would have to be Elani. This sweet innocent girl has been through so much. She deserves safety, happiness and stability.

Is the title a good one or a poor one and why?

The title fit the story and I especially liked the use of “barbed wire”.

Did you find this book a quick read? Why or why not?

The entire book was interesting. Not a single page was boring.
