Murder on the First Day of ChristmasMurder on the First Day of Christmas by Billie Thomas
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

How realistic was the characterization? All characters felt real while reading. Their actions felt like something from life.

How does the setting figure into the book? Most of the settings felt real, as though I was watching television and not reading the book. While reading I thought I might have moved to someplace warm.

What are some of the book's themes? Whodunit/mystery was the main theme. Without this, the story would have been a very boring read.

Did the book end the way you expected? Yes, the mystery was solved and everyone figured out the culprit.

Disclosure: I received a review copy of this book from the author.
